How can I be sure that Alizina jeans will fit me?
Each pair of jeans that we create is a custom tailored for your body. So, instead of mass producing clothing for a few types of women, we use measurements specific to your individual shape and size. You tell us how you want your jeans to look, feel and fit, and that's exactly what we'll make for you. Your custom designed denim is crafted by our master tailors, who know a thing or two about fitting the female form. We use the professional CMM licensed measuring scale, to ensure that you get the latest and best fit possible. Plus, all of our jeans go through quality fit testing before they arrive at your door.

NOTE: Just like designer jeans should, during the manufacturing process Alizina jeans are heat treated in a stone washer. Therefore, your brand new jeans may feel a bit snug on your body the first time you wear them. This is perfectly normal! Just wear your new jeans for a day or two and the denim will relax back to its original state, giving you the precise fit you've always dreamed of!

What type of material goes into making my custom jeans?
To provide you with a superior quality product, we use only ring-spun denim when making your jeans. This type of denim is easier to care for, has a smoother appearance and is much softer than other types of jeans. By using ring-spun denim, we deliver custom jeans that are not only luxuriously fitting, but jeans that will be a wardrobe staple for years to come.

We add the slightest bit of the stretch to every pair of Alizina jeans. This ideal combination of 98% cotton and 2% LYCRA® gives you amazing comfort, even in the skinniest fitting of jeans.

COPY JEANS, PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the high-quality stretch denim fabric of our jeans, we are unable to copy jeans made from similar stretch fabrics. For the best fit possible, we suggest only copying jeans made from non-stretch materials.

How do I take my measurements?
Just follow our simple tutorial to find out exactly how to take your measurements correctly. We walk you through a step-by-step sizing process, to ensure you get the perfect fitting pair of custom jeans. If you choose to copy a pair of your favorite jeans, we will simply use the measurements you provide from your "blueprint" jeans.

Because we work with the measurements you are providing, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you double and triple check the accuracy before submitting your order. We've created a downloadable easy-to-follow guide on how to measure yourself or your jeans.

Can you make suggestions for the style and fit of jeans that will flatter my body?

How do I take care of my new custom jeans?
It's easy to keep your jeans looking like new. Just follow these care tips:

1) Turn your jeans inside out and add some vinegar to retain color.

2) Wash your jeans separately, and in cold water

3) Line dry your jeans for longer life. If you must, tumble try on low hear. But remember, too much heat for too long will damage or destroy the elasticity of the. LYCRA®.

Am I able to return jeans that don't fit?
Because our jeans are custom made, we do not accept returns. However, if the pair of jeans you have ordered does not fit you, due to a mistake that occurred at our factory, we will ask you to return the jeans so we can correct the problem or make you a new pair of jeans, free of charge. If the mistake is due to an error in your measurements, you will be asked to re-measure yourself accurately and return your measurements along with the pair of jeans and a payment of 50% of the original price. We are not able to begin work on a new pair of jeans until the original product has been returned. Should you find any problems with your custom designed jeans, please contact us within two weeks after you have received your order.

Do you provide custom made-to-order jeans for men as well?
We would be happy to copy any mens' jeans based on a design that you already have. Unfortunately, we are not able to create mens' jeans from scratch, as we specialize in women's jeans and measurements.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
In order to deliver your jeans as quickly as possible, your custom pattern is created as soon as your order is confirmed. It is likely that our workshop will have already started working on your order by the time you decide to change or cancel it. If you still wish to change or cancel your order, we will be happy to refund you 70% of the original purchase price. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

How long does it take for me to receive my jeans, once my order's been placed?
Please allow 2-4 weeks lead time after you have placed your order. Alizina is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING and handling within the continental USA, Hawaii and Alaska.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we are happy to accept orders from international customers. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks of additional delivery time. International shipping charges apply: shipping and handling charges for Canada and Mexico are USD 25.00; Shipments to any other country will be charged USD 40.00 per order. One shipment can include up to three individual jeans.

If I place more than 1 order, will I have to re-enter my information each time?
No. Your order preferences and measurements are stored in our database for quick and easy shopping access for future visits. You can even provide a friend, boyfriend or husband with your account info, so they can easily order you beautiful custom made jeans as a gift.

Do you offer buyer protection?
All monetary transactions from Alizina are routed through Paypal, our offsite merchant account. PayPal is a safe and secure payment portal with VeriSign Identity Protection so you can rest assured that your purchase is safe. We DO NOT access or collect any financial information on this site.
